Bob Pottroff is the managing partner of Pottroff & Karlin. He is one of the nation’s leading railroad accident attorneys and advocates for safe railroad crossings, which is evidenced by his verdicts. Mr. Pottroff has also developed an expertise in the representation of clients with traumatic brain injury, and he continues to devote a significant amount of his time to public service and activism on behalf of public interest groups promoting railroad crossing safety and train passenger safety.
Nathan is a partner of Pottroff & Karlin and strongly believes in the firm’s commitment to advancing public safety across the country. Since joining Pottroff & Karlin, LLC in 2012, Nathan has devoted the majority of his practice to fighting for railroad accident victims. There are over 3,000 train accidents a year. Hundreds of people lose their lives and even more are seriously injured. Nathan understands that life can be profoundly changed in an instant by a train collision. Doug Martin was an attorney with Pottroff & Karlin from 2005 until he lost his battle with cancer in 2009. Not only was Doug our valued colleague, but he was a dear friend as well.
