A 35-year-old man seeking to access a 7-Level shopping center, Carousel Center, in Syracuse, NY, was struck and killed just before 1:00 P.M. Saturday by a CSX freight train as he crossed CSX tracks that run directly behind the center. The victim was crossing the tracks southbound when he was killed by the westbound train
