(Lexington, Kentucky – September 2, 2011)
A 22-year-old student at Bluegrass Community and Technical College in Lexington, KY was killed early Friday morning about 4:15 A.M. as he attempted to cross Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks, tripped, fell, and was run over. Kyle Ginnever of Lexington, KY was ruled an accidental death by Fayette County Coroner Dr. Gary Ginn, who said the victim “was in the process of coming from one side (of the tracks) to the other, and I don’t know if he tripped and fell. From what I understand, he was down.”
