A local motorist was killed yesterday morning after their vehicle was struck by a Metra train near the River Grove Station. According to reports, the North Central Service train #108 struck the vehicle. The collision occurred at about 7:45 am.
The medical examiner has since identified the deceased individual as 34-year-old Francisco Rosario. No other details about the exact location of the collision have been released at this time.
