Septa Commuter Train Kills Pennsylvania Pedestrian

(Hatboro, Pennsylvania – June 21, 2011)

An as-yet unidentified woman was struck and killed by a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority passenger train as she walked along SEPTA railroad tracks about 8:00 P.M. Tuesday evening. The tragedy occurred near the Hatboro SEPTA station in Montgomery County, and investigation into the accident forced a curtailment of rail service between Hatboro and Warminster, PA.
